Ingram, a naturalist, researcher and author, has conducted tours for over 50 years and this weekend’s tour participants can observe bald eagles--the only eagle unique to North America--at four historic wintering areas, in feeding and roosting areas and bald eagle nests, and possibly migrating. Ingram discusses the eagles’ life history and shares his research on these birds for an educational and fully-engaging guest experience.

The Goldmoor Inn’s Winter Flight package has limited availability on February 26 and 27. The entire adventure includes two nights in a luxury suite complete with a cozy fireplace and roomy whirlpool tub, gourmet breakfast both mornings, two tickets to the bald eagle experience tour with private transportation to and from the tour meeting point, and a special Saturday evening Chef’s Table tasting menu paired with wine.
