Presented by Goldmoor Inn together with Blaum Bros. Distilling Company. The culinary team at Goldmoor Inn is excited to partner with the Blaum Brothers, in a unique six-course pre-fix "distilled" wine dinner. We will take our patrons through an experience of not only thoughtfully paired cocktails with various flavor profiles but also the unique effect that liquors can have on the creation of menu items and the elevation of the cocktails themselves using culinary techniques and preparations.
This dinner will be a unique and fun exploration of quality liquors and food. The Blaum Brother’s distilling Co. will guide through explanations of the distilling processes and flavor profiles while our own Chef Joshua Roberts will explain the methods of bringing the foods and spirits together. We hope to provide a casual and fun dining experience for our neighbors and patrons to unwind, eat, indulge, and learn in our beautiful restaurant.
