For your reference, here are our policies and practices that protect and ensure a top quality experience at the Goldmoor Inn:

Reservation and Deposit Policy

Full payment by check,money order or credit card is required 14 days prior to your arrival date.  If your reservation is made within 14 days of arrival, full payment will be processed immediately.

Room Cancellation Policy

Goldmoor Inn & Dining is an exclusive property with limited availability, where every guest is important to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation , please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.  If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund could be made. All holiday, special events and whole house bookings must be canceled 30 days prior to reservation date.  If these above reservations are not canceled within the 30 day period, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
